Q, Where are you located?

A. We ship from Victoria BC, Canada

Q. Do you have a retail store location?

A. No we do not. If you are in the Victoria BC area you can shop in person by appointment. We are a home-based family business doing our best to keep costs for us and our customers as low as possible.

Q. How can I take advantage of regular mail shipping within Canada?

A. Many of our products can be shipped by regular mail for between $3 and $6. An order must be under 450 grams in weight. To take advantage of this shipping method please select CAD as your currency and select E-transfer on check out. Then submit your order but DO NOT send payment. We will receive your order and contact you for payment.

Q: What types of beads do you offer?

A: We offer Czech Preciosa Ornela size 09/0 to 13/0 rounds and cut beads, and Miyuki Delica size 11/0 beads.

Q: Where are your beads sourced from?

A: We are authorized resellers of John Bead products, our beads are manufactured in The Czech Republic, and by Miyuki in Japan.
